We perceived the need for a consistent and universal approach to better understand the expectations on ODP professionals, for a way to ODP professionals to develop their skills and career - and a framework that helps line managers support their teams progression.
How and when should I use it?
Using the skills framework, anyone will be able to regularly review the core ODP skills, job families, their role clusters and role skills profiles - as an individual, as a line manager and at an organisational level.
Learning curriculum
The Learning Curriculum signposts specific ODP learning against the core ODP skills. This allows you to understand the learning recommended to support your career development.
Career journeys
Career journeys show personal experiences of career progression and development. These can be used to aid individual career planning.
